We promise satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our benchmark. If we fail to satisfy you, we will make it right for you.

We resolve to use common sense in all interactions: Our policy is to serve you. Appropriate Systems' representatives are empowered to use reason and common sense, and to look beyond established protocol when seeking to serve you.

We are transparent: Every part of every charge will be presented and explained to you before you sign up with us.

We let you decide what is best for you: If, at any time, you feel that the relationship with Appropriate Systems is not for you, you are free to discontinue services without quarrel from us or cancellation fees.

We defend your privacy: No exceptions. Should disclosure be required by law or needed to enable the delivery of services to you, we will contact you first.

We listen carefully: We act on everything you say. Any suggestion or feedback will be evaluated and transmitted to the appropriate party for a meaningful response.

We treat you with deference: You are and will always remain the client. And you will be treated accordingly, with respect. Our stated intention is to satisfy your needs and requirements to the best of our ability.

We see no difference between your interest and ours: When you do well, we do well. We will strive to write for you the best of all plans, affording your practice the most protection at the best possible cost.
